Clarity: Written articles should be easy to understand for a broad audience, from curious beginners to those with technical knowledge. Aim to explain concepts clearly.
We are looking for unique perspectives and insights & well researched information.

Submission Requirements

Originality: All submissions must be original work and not previously published elsewhere (including LinkedIn, other blogs or other platforms) unless explicitly agreed upon.
Sources: Cite your sources appropriately at the bottom of your article document. (e.g. hyperlinks, mentions of studies/books).
Description: Please include a brief description of the article at the beginning of your article document,to be shown in its preview
Count: We generally look for articles between 800-1500 words, but are flexible for exceptions.
Format: Please submit articles as a .docx or .txt file
Tone: Maintain an approachable and informative tone. Our aim is to educate and empower, not to scare.
Accuracy: Ensure all facts, figures and technical details are thoroughly researched and accurate.
Details: Please include the title of the article, your name and the date the article was written.

The Submission Process

Fill the Form: Complete the submission form with your namme, email & article title.
Generate Email: Click the 'Generate Email' button, to open an email with prefilled subject line and recipient.
Attach Your Article: Please attach your completed article file to the email
Send: Send the email, check your sent email box to ensure it sent. We aim to send confirmation of receipt within 2-3 business days.

Our Review & Editing Process

Review Time: Our editorial team will review your submission. We aim to respond within 1-2 weeks regarding the status of your article.
Feedback & Edits: If your article is selected, it may undergo minor edits for clarity, grammar or tone. We may also provide feedback and suggest revisions before publication.
Publication: Once finalised, we will schedule your article for publication on The AI Toolkit website.
Attribution: You will be fully credited as the author of the article.
